Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Supplove you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Supplove provides supplement planning, intake tracking, reminders, and access to general educational information about supplements. It is a productivity and wellness tool.

You're responsible for the security of the email account you use to sign in. Magic-link sign-in means anyone with access to your inbox can access your Supplove account. Treat your inbox accordingly.

You agree not to:

• abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service
• scrape data outside of normal app usage
• use the service for any unlawful purpose
• impersonate another person or share another person's account

Important. Supplove provides informational and organizational tools only. Nothing in the service constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or professional healthcare guidance. Reference doses and upper limits shown in the app are generic and may not reflect your personal medical situation.

Users are solely responsible for all supplement-related decisions, dosage choices, and health actions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing, combining, or stopping any supplement — particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication, or managing a medical condition.

Supplove is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy of supplement information, completeness of the dictionary, fitness for a particular purpose, health outcomes, or uninterrupted availability of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supplove and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

All software, source code, branding, written content, and visual design of Supplove are the property of Supplove and its operators, protected by copyright and applicable IP law. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial supplement tracking — anything else needs written permission.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if the service is shut down, or if continued operation becomes legally or technically infeasible.

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union. Disputes will be handled in the appropriate Polish courts unless EU consumer-protection rules direct otherwise.
